Just received three messages from friends on Virily saying their Create button has disappeared. They cannot post anything. They have all contacted support but no answer so far.
Anyone else having this problem? If so, any suggestions? This is has not happened to me but I would be frustrated if it did. Would like to help our friends out if possible.

A few months ago my create button disappeared, but it has not disappeared on me lately lol.
I remember when that happened to you, kind of strange.
Where to go for help. suport can be written /I have the same problem. I do not have a create button
There is nowhere for help here, that is my complaint.

@CarolDM and @DocAndersen from all I have read here then I suppose Virily wants me gone because they are giving me no opportunity to add new content. No create button nor anything that I can understand except to do my notifications and to read what others have created does not satisfy me. If there is no way to take care of this it will be sad thing indeed because I really need to continue on Virily and I want to but hey, if no one including admin wants me here and is making it difficult for me to do anything then what am I to do? I am really angry and shook up right now and I wish someone would explain this to me and do something about it.
I completely understand your frustration my friend. I hope you will not leave. I keep hoping the communication here will change. You are not alone with this problem. I will let you know if and when I hear back from my many messages.
I did two things one I wrote to support through the site and got the message I could not do that right now and then I went to my email and wrote support. I bluntly asked them what I had done wrong to be treated this way.
I hope you get an answer soon.

I could have written your post. Exactly. Admin must have it’s plan, because if no one could post… okay. But that a number can’t, and there is no contact with Admin is a bit questionable.

Andre, That has always been my question. It takes only a few seconds, if nothing else, put a message at the top of the page when we sign in, letting us know what the heck is going on! 🙁
Carol, it seems to be I am unwanted here by admin. I still cannot add content and it grates on my nerves so much that I do not want to make myself sick. I will come in to read and see if anyone says anything about my previous content but by November 1 I will have to make a very serious decision and that will be very bad for me because I always have financial difficulties. Right now I am just upset and heartsick that I should be treated this way and suddenly I think I am the only left behind.

I didn’t have the problem but I was shocked to see 9 people suffering with that!!
I mean that is 9 out of 20 who voted, its quite a lot!!

At least 9, more have not signed on that messaged me already. And still nothing from “admin”.
My gosh! Perhaps they should get on the Facebook and send them PM and leave messages!!
I sent a message through the Facebook group as well.
Sad to say this, but perhaps we can only wait for miracle now … 😐

Unfortunately, I am one of the victims too … I notice a bad trend – some reorganization is done without testing and then the consequences are considered!

Yes but they still could not create as it was not listed in the menu options. Those were the messages I got. I hope it is corrected. Would be nice to hear form Virily when this sort of thing happens.
I think they moved the button. Lots of people are creating some that I know are not verified, users.
Too bad we have to play games like “find the button” on here.
I suspect there was a change made but not correctly.

I am not sure about a few hours ago, but the Create button is here for me now.
Hopefully this issue has been fixed by now. Perhaps as you said, they are updating the website now, though I don’t understand why all of us got it differently.

create button is there for me, but I had some strange issues last month…

the images which were stripped remain stripped, and I have no idea how many of my posts were mutilated. but it doesn’t seem to be happening to my new posts anymore…
I don’t have that problem. Could it be a browser issue? I’m using Chrome.
Not sure because it just started today.
My Menu drop down was not working all this while. It has come up only now. But I had a solution to it. I right clicked and clicked on inspect and bingo I had them all at my command.

Oh my goodness. Everybody take a deep breath, maybe there is an update going on we don’t know about. I have emailed support and sent a message on the Facebook group.

Carol are we in a lot of trouble lol I just found some posts that got thrown into drafts and I don’t know why so I clicked edit on one and this is the message I got

I don’t know what is happening, I just started getting messages today and nothing from Virily yet. Maybe there is some type of update, again, we don’t get communication here. Maybe take a pause and tomorrow will be ok.

@CarolDM just noticed up on the very top on the left-hand side it says +NEW that must be where we submit
I am not seeing a NEW button.
Now you put your mouse pointer on your photo and down comes a long menu. the menu includes many different categories but create is not one of them. I will have to click on them one by one to see what is happening.

It seems like the menu you have is different from mine too. I am still seeing the usual design.
That is a problem as well, we are seeing different menu options.
