In a competitive market, small cruise ship owners have to be creative. Many have promoters dressed as pirates, loud music, shooting guns and fireworks, and everything you can think of to get people’s attention. However, I think this one truly wins the competition. It’s hard to miss the huge skull sailing on the sea, and at dark when the eyes light up in red, it’s something that certainly draws all the attention.
Would you get on board for a trip?

Adore to read about sea adventures + sail on big ferries. Great post + very cool photo, thank you so much for sharing!!!
Thank you so much, Anastasia! 🙂
I’m never going in a fishing boat again. I thought that I was going to fall into Lake Michigan
I am sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience!
I love the water because I grew up close to the coast. Sailing is definitely a must.
It can really make you feel closer to nature.
I agree one hundred and plenty percent!
Boat looks scary but very effective..
It catches the eye indeed. Thank you for stopping by!
Gorgeous photo Ellie. I like to sail but it has been years.
I haven’t had the chance lately either, but it’s nice to at least have the memories.
You are so right about that, true in many aspects of live.
That’s a great idea. This cruise should be a lot of fun and I would be happy to join.
Thank you very much for stopping by! I think the same way.
Interesting take on the marketing business. Yoir writing has made this genius gain more attraction! I wouldn’t take a ride on his skull-looking ship, though. 😀
Haha, they need to pay me for promoting them. XD
Why not? Show them your blog and, if they have a website, they can put your ad up. That will be a sensational, @ellie925
Only works if someone actually gets on their ship in the summer, hehe
Great idea …. I’ve been riding the boat a lot … I have no particular enthusiasm for sailing
Thank you for sharing! I really like being on water.
i love the boat!!!
i would hop aboard and enjoy a cruise on such a ship!
It must be a lot of fun to recall being on this ship.
they have a tour ship in Baltimore that has a water canon. You aren’t allowed to shoot the canon at people but you can shoot it into the water!!!
This sounds like a lot of fun too!
we love to take the cruises around the inner harbors of cities. It is fun what you see!
I was in a boat once and I got sick
Sorry to hear you had a negative experience! I used to get sick in a car sometimes, but luckily not on a boat.
Scary look for a ship, but reflections are wonderful!
Thank you very much! It could have been better, but my camera can only do so much when zooming at night.
In Cambodia, I dated myself and went on a cruise. Something I did not expect I will enjoy. Watched people dancing, chatted with a toddler and enjoy watching the night light from afar.
Sounds like you had a great time! Sometimes, the best chats are with toddlers.
Not sometimes. Most of the times. Kids say innocent things with all honesty that it often makes me laugh ?
Great shot, but I would love some quite and romance on my boat trip.
A romantic boat trip sounds much better indeed!
beautiful reflection indeed. thanks for sharing
Thank you so much for your kind words!
yar, it do strike fear into the hearts of landlubbers
They are just hiding their soft hearts behind this scary exterior
you realize we’re talking about pirates here, right?
They are friendly pirates, lol
hey, it’s your post- if you say so…
That sure draws attention.
I have been on a cruise covering Bahamas a truly memorable experience.
It sounds like a wonderful experience indeed! I have only been on short ones
That is really awesome and it looks kind of spooky too. Great photo.
I supposed you might be interested. Despite the scary look of the ship, they are friendly pirates, hehe.
