Sharing a photo of a robin I spotted on top of my house. This photo will qualify, hopefully, for Alib’s Alphabet Crazy challenge. I am on the letter H of the challenge. My house is the word I am going for here.
This one is from my backyard birds collection. So many different birds to see around here.
Funny how the birds will perch at the highest point to see what is going on around them.

I have been seeing robins, cardinals and blue jays here for the most part and wrens.
That’s again a great photo! I don’t think I have seen robins in my area, but I am not familiar with the names of the birds. 😛
I usually see crows, pigeons and sparrows here.
You are very welcome. Love seeing these birds.
Terrific shot, so clear and that blue sky, such a contrast. I just woke up, and for a few seconds when I saw your post I thought, man I got behind, she is on R already. lol I need coffee…
Thanks Kim. The robins are pretty birds, even if they ran off my bluebirds this year. 🙁
Ha! You do need coffee.
Beautiful shot of Robin.
Thanks so much for commenting.
The first bird of Spring! What a great capture Carol!
LindaOH, formerly here says we are going from summer to fall in the next few days!
Thanks, they ran off my bluebirds this year but still pretty birds. I am ready for fall.
sorry about the bluebirds, I know that was sad for you
Our New Zealand Robins are an endangered species but love this photo
Do they look like our robins?
No the one I saw on Tiritiri Matangi was black
I have never seen in real life, but my friends sends me hundreds of pictures of Robins from her backyard.
They are pretty and never aggressive.
I don’t think I have ever seen Robin. It is a beautiful bird.
They are pretty birds. I see them very often.
in the film Blue Velvet, robins symbolized love
You know I had to look up the movie. Sounds kind of cool.
it is a dark film, but it is also an excellent film
We have a lightning arrester and there is always a bird up there.
The mockingbirds really like it on the roof.
I love birds. I rarely see robins. I do see crows and ducks a lot. I love crows. They seem to follow me around. They can remember.
Same here. But I see robins every year, several times a year.
Beautiful bird which is not seen in our country
These robins are large birds and I was honored this year to have them nest and raise a family in my yard.
Unfortunately, this beautiful bird does not live here, dear Carol
