This morning, drizzling rain started a few minutes ago… As close as any vehicle is brought near us, rainwater will surely drip on our body. Then do we have to wait for the rain to stop, or cancel something, or still do what is important and necessary to do?
Well, that’s life. As the saying goes, “Playing rain makes wet, playing fire will burn”, everything has risks and consequences, right? Of course in certain cases, we can or are free to choose according to our will, and of course, also along with regret or gratitude that will be brought in.

Prepare to receive fertility sometime to come, Lado. Hehehe…
Well done! Nice post!
Thanks for your visit, Georgi.
When I’m home, I don’t care much about weather, just temperature …
if I’m out, I pray it don’t rain :p
Temperature does have an effect on many things.
But, talk about your prayer, make a percentage, which one is more between whether your prayer is answered or not?
Rainy days and Mondays always get me down.
It seems that you are one of the few people who inspired Bob Geldof of The Boomtown Rats, my friend.
It rains so little here, I am always glad to see it.
Is that too little for you, Kim? Do I need to send a rain handler to your place?
Way to little in the past few years. It rained once all summer long. We got .05 of an inch. Yes, please do.
Thank God we have a nice and warm weather. Here’s the first November.
But they say the next week’s sweetening.
Rain makes me sometimes depressed. Mostly I have joint pains.
But there are moments when I like to take my rain and to calm my mind.
It seems that now you have the weather that suits you.
But in your joint pains case, rain does make the air colder and potentially disrupt the joints.
But hopefully, the rain will calm your mind more than disturb your joints, Robin.
It didn’t rain in Chicago, but it did a couple days ago. I kept thinking that it would have rained today because earlier the sky did look kind of dark. As for rain affecting my mood, it does make me sleepy : )
I don’t know how the frequency of rain in a country with four seasons but in my tropical country, now is the rainy season until around the end of March.
Yes, it’s the influence of rain for many people, sleepy!
I love the rain on weekends and holidays if I’m not travelling too far.
Great! But, what about other times?
Love, Reign O’er Me is my favorite song by the Who
Yikes! Very magical! Why do we have a lot in common about songs?
Similar taste in music? And wives…
Rain… gently flows whenever you say goodbye….
Auuu … I’m touched, I’m touched, I’m touched
Like Carol above but the song I hear is “Singing in the rain”. The only problem I have with rain is when I am splashed by a passing speeding car. But otherwise, rain is relaxing and does nothing to my mood which is pretty even.
Ha! Ya! Splashed by a passing speeding vehicle is a fire trigger for people everywhere!
Thanks for your thought, dear friend.
Depends on the times and circumstances. In winter with a lot of rainfall 2 weeks in a row it can be cold and depressing. The odd shower every now and then is great. In summer when droughts are very likely rain can be wonderful
That is very understandable, Pamela. Something too much is annoying and vice versa it would be nice if something came at the right time and according to the measure. But, nature doesn’t follow our wishes, right? Hehehe…
Rain is such soothing and relaxing therapy for me. I like to be indoors when it rains and can enjoy it to the fullest. There is a song I like called, Bring on the Rain.
Strongly agree, Carol. As long as it is possible, I will also choose to stay home and enjoy the rain. It seems like it’s a good contemplation media for us.
