Purple is always a happy color. I have many blooms in the garden. This pansy is a favorite, mixed with yellow. I enjoy many varieties and colors of pansies. They are annuals and have to be planted each year but well worth the extra effort.

WOW! Carol, what a gorgeous purple pansy you have snapped. I believe this exact one’s name means “thought”, purple, and the white and yellow, are supposed to symbolize loving thoughts and fond memories respectively.
