Waterfall ~ Themes by the Month

Looking back in my photo archives I found this memory to share with you.

And it goes well with Kim’s Themes by the Month – Wet for November.

This photo was taken at Fall Creek Falls in Tennessee. If you look close, you will see two people underneath the falls. This is actually against the rules of the park. But many do it anyway.

It took a lot of walking to get to this waterfall, but well worth the hike.

Fall Creek Falls State Park is one of Tennessee’s largest and most visited state parks. The park encompasses more than 29,800 acres sprawled across the eastern top of the rugged Cumberland Plateau.

The park includes cascades, gorges, waterfalls, and streams. Fall Creek Falls, at 256 feet, is one of the highest waterfalls in the eastern United States. Other waterfalls within the park include Piney Falls, Cane Creek Falls, and Cane Creek Cascades.

  1. I see the two people. They look like sticks. It reminds me when sitting on a plane and looking down at the cars and people. They look so small. I love waterfalls.
