Sun Shadows and Patterns

Caught this photo out of the corner of my eye in the screen room this morning. The shadows from the sun were shining on the chair creating an interesting pattern.

I know Wednesday was the Shadow Challenge, but why not, I was late for the Monday challenge, so I will also be a day late for the Wednesday Shadows challenge.

You can also see the Dude and Brendel’s mint to the right of the chair. Soon I will also bring some in to dry out and use in my hot tea. Cannot wait for cooler weather.

Enjoy nature photography. Amateur self-taught photographer and love every minute of the photos from my yard and Dustin's garden. Sunset views from my deck are very peaceful to watch, capture and share. I have two cats, Brendel and the Dude. I share both special and funny moments I capture of them with you.

Also enjoy seeing and reading your posts from all over the world.

      • lol awe, you made me laugh. Sounds like something I would say. I think the reason you are confused is this was a long time ago, more than a year I think. I started off by saying silhouette saturday, then since some people have problems with silhouettes I made it shadows and silhouettes, then eventually dropped the shadow off of the title. I was just wondering if someone made a shadow only one that I had missed. I noticed that you had said that reflections were hard for you to see, but shadows stand out. But this comment reminded me of the dude in the china cabinet one. Looked like he was inside of it. Now that was one awesome photograph.
