The sunshine has made today a great day to get out and take a ride. And I am so glad I did. I came across this farm and saw this spotted donkey with her baby. At first they were standing by the big tree in the background. I got out of the car with my phone camera and they both walked over to the fence. And yes that is an electric fence so I kept my distance. They probably thought I had food. They were very friendly and so cute with the spots. I hope the weather stays like this for little while. Enjoy your day!

And thank you for visiting, it was a happy day.
I’m glad to, I enjoy your posts 🙂
Have great day and a Happy Mother’s Day.
Oh not, it is cute and healthy.
Thank you for your comment.
Falls into the same overall category as screaming goats!
Ha! That is funny Doc. Have you ever seen fainting goats? 🙂
I have, actually at a petting zoo in Chicago many years ago.
They are hilarious. There is a goat festival nearby and people come from all over to see them.
There were a group of us smart alecks at work, that visited a petting zoo as a team event. After that, we would all sit in meetings and instead of disagreeing we would all scream and pretend to be asleep.
It caused a lot of meetings to break up in laughter.
Ha! You all were the fainting goats of the office. 🙂
I’ve seen a lot of donkeys but spotted never. They probably don’t live in this area.
I was not aware they lived int his area!
After so long I do not see the donkey around me, you show the donkey, and more unique, I have never seen this type donkey!
Good! I am still trying to find out what type it is, they were so friendly.
Certainly not of the kind that became a good friend of Jack Sparrow…
Certainly not… for sure. 🙂

My grandparents from my mother´s side always had donkeys (one at the time). They use it to go to the water well , to go to their farest pieces of land and bring the figs, almends, grapes….. great, great memories!! I use to treat their last donkey (a female) like a big dog!!
What a great memory you have. Thank you for sharing! They are sweet animals.

I hope I can find it, I am busy as a bee lately.
I never have seen one until now. This one is cute enough to be someone’s pet lol. I would want to stay awhile and visit this cutie.
I did stay a few minutes but I was beside the road and did not know the owner’s so I didn’t stay long.
Somewhere, I have one such beautiful. I have to look into the archive. Good moment likes the color.
