Lilac

The Lilac is a 7-m high deciduous shrub or a small tree with greyish-colored groves. The diameter of the thicknesses is up to 20 cm. The leaves are oval and pointed. The leaf edge is smooth. Small purple flowers are combined in a latitudinal inflorescence of 10 to 20 cm in length. They have a strong, pleasant smell, which can be detected at a greater distance. When the Lilac is bloom, spring is definitely here. The flowers are open only for a short time, but their beauty and the scent of scent outweigh this deficiency. The original homeland of the Lilac is China. From there, through Persia, he was brought to Turkey. L. 1554, a member of the then Hungarian King Ferdinand I, brought his plantation of Lilac from his visit to Istanbul and planted it in a garden in Vienna. The plant was admired and it was only a matter of time before it expanded first across Europe and then throughout the world. Today we find it everywhere. There is no garden or park where this beautiful fragrant bush would not boil.
