Happy December! Here’s a photo I took this week during the snowfall. Blue tits are some of my favorite birdies and I was able to capture a lot of winter mood photos. See more winter birds here.

Great picture Ellie925, love it.
Thank you so much for your kind words and taking the time to see all these posts! 🙂
I haven’t seen these birds, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t around
This sounds reasonable. They are common in the woodlands in the Eurasian region though.
I am about as far from the Atlantic as I can get…
Just wonderful photo!!! Seen some blue tits today, like them very much!!!
Thank you so much! They are adorable, aren’t they?
Yeah, they’re really adorable!!!
Sometimes it’s quite cold in my place, even if it’s only because of rain and not snow.
I can’t answer whether I like snow, sometimes it looks beautiful but sometimes it’s like wanting to make me freeze.
There is no type of bird around me.
Snow is beautiful when you watch it through the window, haha. Yes, these birds are common in Europe and west Asia.
I know that snow is beautiful since I saw it from postcards or Christmas cards when I was a child. But that might be only on postcards…
It is fun for the first few days, but then it gets tiring.
Such a cute little bird. I see that you are a nature person : )
Thank you so much! Yes, nature makes me very happy and helps me relax. 🙂
Great shot … I do not like winter
Thank you very much, have a wonderful and warm weekend! 😉
of course, Ellie shares an awesome bird picture!
What a wonderful post and the poll was fun.
Thank you so much for your kind words! Happy weekend! 🙂
Ditto I would say for all the kind words you’ve shared on my posts! You have a wonderful weekend as well!
Love this capture, I would love to draw this bird.
Thank you so much! If you decide to do it, I’d love to see the result.
Very nice bird.Thank you for posting.
Thank you so much, Robin!
Beautiful post …….
Thank you very much!
I am definitely a warm-weather person. No snow for me. In fact, it the temperature stayed 70-80 degrees F all year long, I would be very happy.
These temperatures sound good, I don’t like it when it’s too cold or too hot either.
I used to like it a bit warmer but, as I got older, I had to dial it back a bit.
I have never experienced any snow but it does look so good
Snow can be beautiful and fun, but it gets tiring after a while.
maybe it is only in places where there are snow.
They are common in the woodlands in the Eurasian region.
Yes, I think. Does it make any sound? Does it sing?
Yes, they use songs and calls throughout the year. Here’s a recording on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpzQTxf3HbE
The weather in Lake City is kind of warm. However I would rule out snow hitting our area before the year ends.
Enjoy the nice weather!
I am enjoying the nice weather in Lake Charles.
Lovely little bird. I do not think I have ever seen these before but I wish I had. BTW I am a great winter fan. We usually get a lot of snow here in the Canadian Outaouais valley, but after only 15cm which has basically melted off, our forecast is for rain. I want my snow back but what can I do except still enjoy the cold air.
They are very common in the Eurasian region, but you have some amazing birds in Canada too. I love snow, especially when I watch it through the window.
What a wonderful picture to share. And you are a part of my day of giving. Thanks so much for sharing.
Thank you very much for your kind comment! 🙂
I live in the city, it’s hard to spot beautiful little birds like these. However, I spotted a great tit once, it was amazing to see, such a surprise. ?
Birds aways make me happy too. Sometimes they are near, but they are hiding up in the trees.
Oh Blue Tits are such pretty little birds. I wish I could see them where I live. I like looking at snow, but I don’t like when I have to go out in it.
I feel the same way about snow!
Love seeing these little birds. I never see them.
They are very cute and entertaining to watch indeed.
