I took this photo at the Salt Lake in Pomorie, Bulgaria. It’s a great place to enjoy the nature.
The yucca is one of my favorite plants. I recently heard that it’s edible. Have you heard of any dish with yucca?
Also, check out my last post about Lake Pomorie and its birds.

Does yucca flower year-round? Just hope if I visit the beauty of Pomorie, I will be able to meet yucca forv because i’s not traveling anywhere.
It blooms in May and June, but sometimes it blooms again in September. 🙂
If so, I do fit yucca.. they choose to bloom in my birthday month.. hehehe ..
That’sgreat! Have a wonderful weekend!
Wonderful job, regards
Thank you so much Oscar! 🙂
The photo is super pretty. All parts of the Yucca are edible. Flowers if picked young taste like asparagus, the fruit tastes like a fig, and I dont like it. lol
Thank you KIm! That’s really interesting, now I’m curious to taste it but I’m not used to eating flowers.
Stunning!! Beautiful capture
Thank you so much Kathy! 🙂
