Sharing a Pipevine Swallowtail again from Dustin’s garden. I followed this butterfly all around the garden for at least ten minutes. This photo shows him upside down on the butterfly bush bloom.
Amazing to watch these beautiful butterflies in motion. After he got used to me, I still kept my distance and moved slowly. I got several photos of them before he flew away.
My life has been upside down lately. But nature has a way of getting me back on track.

Nature has the power to change our mood. Sometimes when I feel super stressed and anxious I take photos and focusing on plants, animals, and nature in general, I find myself relaxing naturally.
