I always like mint or spearmint, makes me want to get more mint plants in the garden…For some reason the mint in my garden died but I know in time it will grow back again.
Mint is always a nice tea. Just put it into a cup and drink it on its own or with lemon juice or honey. Sometimes on its own.
When I boil vegetables I like to put a sprig of mint with it.
I have the wild mint growing in the screen room for my hot tea, and for the cats. But I keep these inside and in my purse.

They can sometimes be hard to find. Most stores stock peppermint but not always spearmint.
