I do not count the steps intentionally. I have a new smartphone and it has this app.
I have a pedometer on me all day. At present it is on 5,414 and yesterday it reached 10,479 – but that was unusual. I did have a day when on holiday a few weeks ago when we walked all day and topped 23,000 steps – never bettered before or since!

I have a pedometer installed on my phone. My record is 11 482 steps in a day. That equals 7580 meters I walked 2 hours 13 minutes and consumed 610 calories.
I have an app on my phone. Today I took a walk of 5930 meters. 9930 steps, and I walked for 1 hour 40 minutes. I only consumed 244 calories. You were better in calories ?

according to the newest study (over the last 5 years)
Women, for health, wellness and longevity need to walk between 7500 and 8000 seps a day.
Men for health and wellness need to reach 10,000 steps a day.
These new numbers and the study show that woman don’t gain significant value above 7500 steps a day.
I do so many steps every day, most of all with a walk. The app on the phone counts my steps when I have it with me

I was listening to Oprah Winfrey once and she said one needs to take atleast 10,000 steps. I do not count but walk a lot throughout the day.

I like to try to walk or go to the gym but I have to count the minutes…Life, yes, I agree walking is one of the best exercise.
If it hurts too much to walk too far, water walking in a pool is great because there is no weight on the limbs.
