Brendel was adopted first. Then came the Dude. And she never lets him forget she was first, and who is boss. He doesn’t mind with his laid back attitude.
Funny thing happened today. I was starting to fill the food bowl and noticed this fuzzy object in the food. I know Brendel did this. She put the ball in to remind the Dude it is her food too.
Sharing this funny photo with the Wacky Wednesday challenge today.
I have tried separate bowls for these two cats from the beginning. But nope, doesn’t work. They want to make sure they are both eating the same thing and not missing what the other is eating. I put two bowls down but only one bowl gets eaten.
They are like two kids. Making sure they get the same food and all of my attention.
These cats are entertaining to watch. I thought the ball in the bowl was funny. She has done this before, I caught her one night sneaking it in the water bowl. The Dude just ate and drank around it. He didn’t care. He is the Dude!

Hahaha … Cats are extremely smart and sometimes make incredible things
Same thing here, they eat and drink out of the same bowls. I have several water dishes for the animals, throughout the house, and one main bowl for the cats on their cat super highway. Yes, I made one for the cats. lol. The water dishes always end up with the soggy soft cat balls…….
Isn’t that funny! I do have two water bowls as well. I have found this ball in the water too. Our pets are so funny. Good to see you Kim.

Yes she makes sure in many small, subtle ways she is the boss. He really doesn’t care.

yes, I remember talking about that. I really like that movie. I saw it in Rochester, NY – I usually laugh just thinking of it.
They are so entertaining! I have heard that the bowls should be the number of the cats + one.
Yes thy are indeed. I can’t imagine life without them. I tried an extra bowl but it didn’t work.
I have two litter boxes and that works but not the food bowl.

Yes they are exactly like kids. Making sure all is equal.
