The Dude is always chilling. He reminds me that no matter what is going on, all you gotta do is chill. I am doing just that. Lots to do today, but I am taking more breaks.
Chilling. That is a good habit to get into.
And if things come up you cannot control, just take some deep breaths, and chill. The Dude is teaching me a lot. I hope you have a similar teacher in your world. Life is too short not to enjoy the moments.
By the way, today is Saturday Critters challenge day. The Dude says he wants to join! He is chilling in the screen room. He did a lot of bird watching earlier and now he needs a nap.

Its great to take breaks like I did on the return journey from Hawkes Bay to Auckland…However, with life, if someone needs you and has an medical emergency well I cant take a break, that can be very stressful sometimes..
You are so right Pam. We have to take breaks in life.
Maybe that is what I need to do, take a leaf from Dude’s book. 😀
Maybe you should give it a try Dawn.
Dear Carol, before two weeks ago, we took in the house the same black male kitten as your Dude.
And I’m glad about him.
Oh that is so wonderful! I hope you enjoy him.
We can learn a lot from our pets and that is why they are so essential to our well being.
I agree with you my friend.
Ah yes, to be able to relax like a cat. He looks so cuddly here with this expression. Hi Dude!
Yes they have the life, right! He is like a teddy bear.
It’s always when we’re in trouble that we need to chill,
but that is the hardest time to chill … lol
such irony
The Dude looks really chilled in there, as with most of his photos :p
We have to work on chilling. It is hard to do and can only be learned over the years.
I’ve to agree and now that I’ve moved to another job, people skill and remaining chill seems an important skill.
a good friend of mine once said: “change is never the problem.” We all looked at him like he was crazy. “It is the reaction to change, that is the problem!”
i try to live by that.
Yes and life is all about our attitude and reactions.
it is, I am trying not to overreact.
I agree we need to give ourselves breaks, a time to chill out. And, treat ourselves.
That is what life is all about sometimes I forget that.
I wonder what people think when they see you cat outside.
He stays indoors never goes outdoors.
Thanks, both of my cats are like my babies.
And there it is, the disappearing comment I replied to!
Well, I will just have a conversation with myself I suppose.
Dude certainly has the right idea and I am with him best to just lay back and relax until things get on track again.
Yes he knows hot to chillax for sure.
Both cats know how to relax. Brendel sleeps a lot. She is a little older.
Due enjoys it. He has no worries like we do, and he does not need to burden himself.
Yes he enjoyed life for sure! No worries.
Brendel enjoys but she is a little older and naps more often.
If I know that some things I can’t change, I can just deal with it, dear friend
That is a great attitude!
Have a good rest of the weekend my friend.
