I have been busy making the Chinese steamed buns with sweet potatoes, and I almost forgot about these few corns in my kitchen. I just remembered them yesterday. Luckily they were still good to eat. I like to remove the kernels from the cob, so the kids are easier to eat. Sometimes I like to use the corn kernels to fry rice or cook together with the vegetables. I recently learned that it’s much easier to remove the kernels from the cob before steaming it.
How do you usually cook the corn?

Since you have lived in Australia so you must be knowing about corn here. These are too sweet and you can eat them fully unlike what we have back in India.
