I’m not sure if that’s considered low-carb, but I often use a mixture of flax meal, desicated coconut and nut butter instead of flour. With some cocoa powder, eggs, oil and baking soda added, you can have delicious brownies.
And a sweetener of your choice, of course.

I meant desiccated coconut, it’s like dried shredded coconut or ground dried coconut flakes. It usually has all the fat.
oh okay, thank you for clarifying. I might have to find a substitute..I can have coconut oil or flour but don’t like it any other way lol
That’s interesting, because I love coconut oil and desiccated coconut, but I’m not a big fan of the flour’s flavour. I’m still learning how to use it, haha.
