I used today’s nice sunny day for a walk, and as I strolled through the village on the abandoned roof, I saw this cute black cat tucking in the sun. He was very friendly and looked at me curiously and then turned around and continued lying down. In some cultures, black cats are subject to superstition and bring luck or misfortune. Traditional beliefs about black cats vary from culture to culture. With us, a black cat is a symbol of disaster if it crosses the road in front of you. I don’t believe it because I’m not superstitious.

I used to be more superstitious. but then when I have Eclipse coming around for food, and he is black I feel blessed to help him. I try to think differently now.

I think it is a universal belief that black cats bring misfortunes and disasters. It is a common belief in Africa. I am of that not superstitious opinion.
