  1. At this point in my life, I would rather just be me and follow my own life’s path, Being someone else I could wind up with a life I really cannot tolerate,

    • If this was a writing competition with a huge prize, wіthоut аnу drаstіс strеtсh оf thе іmаgіnаtіоn, аnd аррlуіng thе аrt оf роеtіс lісеnsе аs а wrіtеr, whо wоuld уоu lіkе tо bе, аnd whаt wоuld уоu nееd tо асhіеvе thе trаnsfоrmаtіоn?

      • You know, Andre you really stumped me., I would still have to say because I inherited my poetic talent from my father who was a popular Latvian poet and writer, Eriks Raisters and I loved him very much but he was gone too soon from my life. Sometimes I get inspired and my fingers just fly over the keys and then I have to read what I have written and I know dad was helping things move along,

    • We are writers and as such we are faced with many literary, imaginary obstacles, we have to write our way out of impossible situations, it was meant as a metaphor. So, Alex, you would rather be you, how do you know this?

    • I think that writing, certainly everything else we do to some degree, does not come out of what we know, but out of what we don’t know. And one of the great superficialities of positive thinking is the assumption that things really evolve out of what we know. Nothing evolves out of what we know. We don’t move from what we know to something else we know. And it’s the unknown that keeps providing possibilities. Thanks for commenting.
