I just made these yummy heart-shaped coconut desserts. Some people call them vegan cheesecakes. The recipe is very similar to my coconut mango tart recipe, but I used cherries instead of mango, and I didn’t add cocoa powder to the crust. Of course, you can use any fruit you like to make them, or you can make them with cocoa powder, carob powder, matcha, instant coffee or any other flavour. Don’t forget to tell me which your favorite flavor is. 🙂
I just think that cherries give them a lovely pink color and make them perfect for Valentine’s day.
What’s more, you can freeze them and serve them like mini ice cream cakes.
I decorated my cheesecakes with homemade cherry agar-agar gummies. This recipe is plant-based / vegan too, I just posted it on my blog.
Check out my blog for more Valentine’s Day Dessert ideas.
I have fallen in love with your heart shape. The red color is just so tempting. I love the color, texture and the presentation of such an awesome desert.
Thank you so much for your kind words!

I’m a brand new vegan and still looking for interesting and tasty things to make. I started this journey as a 30 day challenge at the beginning of January and I love it. I’m continuing. Thanks.

I was hoping to learn how to make it. Some how I must have missed a post.
You can see the recipe in the first link. The only difference is that I used cherries instead of mango and I didn’t add cocoa powder to the crust. I used heart-shaped mold to make the dessert more suitable for Valentine’s Day.

Thank you so much! I have a few cans of full fat coconut milk, so I’ll be posting many recipes with coconut cream. 🙂
That sounds good…I’ve never tried using that but I have heard of some recipes with it.
It works really well. I personally use it as a cream and condensed milk substitute. 🙂
