Hi! All these pastel paintings are done by me. Art work is a journey of discovery. A lot of people go by and they pass by but never really look, labels come fast, and true observation comes later.
We look and see, that’s a person, that’s a car, that’s a tree. How much does any one really knows what we pass by as we live from day to day? I guess some see more than others.
Artists are not something that are just gifted, they have learned to see. Still learning, and continue that as they progress.

#7 Great Lady in Pastel
This is a wonderful woman I cared for some years ago. She had alzeimers and was never a misery. She always had a friendly smile and was very cheerful to work for. It was obvious to me when I took her out that she loved children very much. It was a joy to work for her.
I gave this portrait to her daughter and son in law. They are great people and were very kind.
