Tulip ~ Macro Monday

Tulips in the garden are beautiful when they are blooming. They do not last long. When you see them blooming you have to take advantage of the color and snap lots of photos.

I edited one to show you the inside of the tulip. My red one really shows the black inner detail. I find nature so amazing. Always learning something.

Sharing this photo with today’s Macro Monday challenge. Below is the outside of the tulip. Looks a lot different. The blooms are one of my favorite in the garden. I love them all! Hard to say which is my all time favorite.

  1. Great photos Carol! Your garden – wow. They have a tulip festival here and it’s a major big deal. In the Skagit Valley, Washington. There are weekends when people go to see the tulip fields and cause major traffic headaches. Great macro at the start! Thanks

  2. Tulips is generally symbolize perfect love. Like many flowers, different colors of tulips also often carry their own significance. Red tulips are most strongly associated with true love, while purple symbolizes royalty. … White tulips are used to claim worthiness or to send a message of forgiveness.
