Looking at this bridge from afar, it looks like it will end in a deep ditch below and people may turn their cars when seeing this bridge (At least it was sometime after its construction), but this is nothing more than an eye-catching betrayal.
Atlantic Road in the western part of Norway, the Storseisundet Bridge is so dramatic that its images often frighten people and that is why it is also called one of the world’s most dangerous highways. The 5-mile-long highway was built in 1989 and has gained immense popularity among tourists and the reason for this was this bridge.

Odd I am not sure what is on the other side, but if it goes straight down I have gone down roads that are that steep downwards, and had my foot over the brake all the way.
I think the bridge was built like that because of the existing condition of the environment there, and that seems very challenging!
