Sky Sunday Sunset Silhouette

Missed the Silhouette Saturday challenge yesterday. But here is my entry just the same. Snapped this photo awhile back from my deck just as the sun was setting. If you look closely it looks like a reflection. It is actually a tree limb barely visible through the sun.

Since it is hard for me to get reflection photos, I will take this one even if it is not a true reflection. And I will share it with the Silhouette Challenge, and the Sky Sunday Challenge as well.

Sunsets are proof that no matter what happens every day, it can end beautifully.

  1. You know Carol, I used to think that environmental problems were loss of biodiversity, climate change, and ecosystem collapse. I thought that twenty years of good science could sort out these problems. I was wrong. The real environmental problems are greed, apathy, and selfishness, and to deal with these the world needs a total spiritual and cultural transformation. And our scientists just don’t know how to do that. Great sunset from your deck. \0/
