  1. I think it is definitely that you are in a panic mode. I am an anxiety/panic attack survivor and I fight my nerve all through my life and I have learned to keep those attacks from coming back. However, to be really sure you should talk to your doctor and maybe for a while, you might need some pills to calm you. I go the natural way and use valerian root drops if I ever need calming.

  2. I cannot tell you for sure and I’d say it’s better you visit a doctor.
I’ve seen a doctor for panic attack (because I thought I’ve heart or chest issue LOL).

Anyway, its the same as what you describe above. However you can try take note:
    1) Does the pain (if any) just stays in one spot. If so, its likely NOT a heart attack. (but we can’t be so sure)
    2) Does deep breathing helps? Does thinking positively helps? If so then its very likely panic attack.
    3) There can be NO obvious trigger for panic attack, sometimes THINKING about panic attack cause an attack… but if you do often see something that leads to this, then you’ve found a trigger.

I’ve worked with my panic attack and was able to stop it from escalating by deep breathing and thinking “I can overcome this.”
I’m not sure it works for you. Just my 2 cents.

  3. I answered no to both questions for now. Truth is, I can’t really tell if it’s a panic attack or not. But I think it’s best for you to see your doctor to be safe.
