A new study by researchers at Concordia University in Montreal sought to answer the question of which color has the greatest influence on the generation of positive emotions in humans. Research has shown that it is green that enhances mood. Participants in the study mentioned a feeling of warmth and joy after using the green product, those who were lonely, they feel better after contact with the object in green. The study also reveals that products sold in green packaging (cleaning agents, a mineral water …) sold significantly better compared to products that were of a different color in packaging.

The view of the green is really soothing
Very curious study, thank you so much for sharing!!! For me it depends on specific shade of green, some variants can be quite annoying.
I agree with you. I don’t like all the green colors either.
Green is restful, yes I like green
Thank you so much for your comment. Maybe green really does make it a little better. However, our well-being depends on many factors.
Have always heard this about green, it is a healthy color.
I agree. I’ve heard a lot already, so I think something’s true.
Great picture, dear Vidocka …. I’ve heard a lot about green …. it also looks very soothing to me
Thank you very much, Lado. Something must already be true.
I agree with you … there’s something about it, dear Vida
Many painters recommend green because they find it soothing.
I don’t see in what context the IRA is mentioned, and the violence?
War always takes two.
Thank you, Robin. I suppose that green also helps to calm down. Walking in nature always calms me down.
Green is calming, relaxing, something that just fills the world around us. I like the idea!!!
Thank you. I agree. From my own experience, I know how nature calms me down.
it truly calms me down!
Green is my favorite color! Green calms, relieves stress and restores vitality. It also has the gift of stimulating creativity, reducing depression, nervousness and anxiety.
Thank you so much for the additional clarifications. I agree with that. Nature calms me down a lot.
Colors do affect our moods , I love being out in the open, enjoying the greenery of nature.
I agree. I also relax very much in nature.
Yeah , green is good source for eye and restoring vision
I agree. Thank you for your confirmation.
I enjoy green grass and leaves but not the heat that comes along with it. But the color green is a deterrent for me because (I hope I do not make you sick), as an ex registered nurse I saw a lot of people throwing up and sometimes it came down to bile which does not have a very pretty scent or even not a pretty shade of green. Again I apologize but I still like the green of nature but not green clothes or furniture or cleaning agents etc.
No problem. Everyone has their own opinion and experience. Thank you so much for your opinion and thoughts. ?
I believe you have experienced many things as a nurse. This is not an easy profession.
I know for a fact green is good for the eyes.
You’re right, I’ve heard that before
I think that everything you like can improve your mood, but green is a great choice. Beautiful picture!
Thank you, Ellie. I totally agree with you. Our well-being depends on many factors.
I think green is a very soothing and relaxing color and that is why being out of doors when everything is green makes people feel good
I agree. If I think about how I relax in nature, there must be something about it.
And that is why the Irish people are so contented! On the other hand, there was the little matter of the IRA and years of bloody violence back in the 1970s and 1980s. – not to mention the civil war back in the 1920s – so maybe the theory is a little lacking in places.
Thank you so much for your comment. Maybe green really does make it a little better. However, our well-being depends on many factors.Report
