Last time, I wrote about vegetable garden, so this time, there will be something about fruits. First of all, this thing on the picture is not a fruit. ? This is Piggy, pretending to be fruit, cuddling himself against some dry branches on a pear tree. Truth to be said, Piggy is so sweet that he could easily be mistaken for a delicious fruit.
In my new home, there are two pear trees and three apple trees. One of pear trees is gigantic and full of fruits, while another one (which is a way smaller) has quite suitable amount of pears. And there’s Piggy, of course. ? Apples are of two different kinds, so there will be some for eating and some for making organic homemade apple cider vinegar. So far, all trees are good for climbing and claws sharpening, according to my cats’ opinions.

Cats can be very mischievous and playful ?
More than anyone could imagine. 🙂 I am always surprised by their ideas. 😀
So funny!!! Maybe, Piggy is a new kind of fruit, still unknown to science? You should be a discoverer in this case. Photos of fruit trees are super, had an apple tree in my garden but it was so long time ago…
Thanks! 🙂 Piggy has chosen this tree the very moment we moved here. In fact, he prefers to climb on the highest dead branch of it (I suppose that leaves on the living ones bother him) as a surveillance of the whole yard. 😀
Excellent vantage point!!!
Isn’t he the cutest fruit?
Yes, he is. 🙂 He is my big, beautiful, baby. 🙂
I have never had one bloom the grey and white kind you have there, but I do have some in other colors that bloom when its not raining. lol. I Have had apples before, congrats on your new house and the extra bonus of pears and apples. Cats look like theyve checked everything out high and low.
I have no only grey and white fluffy blooming kind, but all sorts of colors. 😀 Problem is that I can’t catch them every time they take some interesting pose. 😀 Anyway, I promise more of their pictures, just because I can’t resist an urge to take photos and share them with the world. 😀
lol oh please do! : D
Your wish is my command. 😀
It looks that you are so excited with your new house and its surrounding…
Yes, I really am excited. 🙂 My cats and dogs are happy here and I can even grow my own vegetables and herbs (for magic potions and stuff…. ). 😀
That’s great, Zaklina. Will you donate it to Gandalf too?
By all means. That’s why I planted all those herbs for. I brought them from the hills all around my new home and planted in a garden to have them anytime I need. 🙂
It was a beautiful romance with herbs, gardens, and nature.
My son Viterbo would love a tree that grows cats!
I completely understand his wish. 🙂
Cute cat you have there.
Cats. 🙂 I moved all my cats and dogs here. There will be more pictures, soon. 🙂
The fruit was born well, It is a pleasure to eat it.
Yes, indeed. My dog Negro (the bigger one) just picked one pear from the tree and ate. I was really surprised seeing a dog doing such a thing. 😀
Hahaha!! Very cute cat!!
He is actually an UC… spying on your neighbour… lol
Hahahahaha! That might be true. 😀 Cats are strange animals…… 😀
Thanks, T. 🙂 You’re always so kind. 🙂
It would be great to make homemade apple cider vinegar. I buy it in the store and it is not cheap, the Bragg organic kind.
You’re right, Carol. 🙂 I made it before and it was way better than any other apple cider vinegar I have ever tasted. 🙂
Maybe I can do this one day. 🙂
Is cat cider vinegar any good?
Cat vinegar???? Not sure.
Cats are too sweet to be used as raw material for making any vinegar. 😀
It is both healthy and tasty. And most of all, it’s not too difficult to make that vinegar. 🙂
He probably thinks he’s a dog. Love the name. I also love fresh-picked pears.
I tried sharing his but fakebook is doing its typical wonk wonk wonk thing again…
Great pics. Thank you.
Thanks a lot! 🙂 I have several posts about my cats and dogs, so feel free to check them out (if you are an animal lover). 🙂
I just so happen to be an animal lover like few others. Wild birds and field mice are friends of mine and I speak dog along with a few words in cat.
Than we are friends already. 🙂 I am fluent in cat and dog languages and learning some birds’ languages. 🙂
Bird languages are difficult. It’s easier to draw them to you with food and singing than it is to try replicating their language.
LOL Piggy. Big enough to be confused with a dog but nope, not a dog. 🙂
He is one enormous cat who thinks that he’s a little baby. 😀 That causes many funny situations…. 😀
Love the cat in the tree! I’ve grown pear trees but never a cat tree.
That’s the catch. 😉 My trees are full of cats. I suppose that’s the season….:D
Or, it recently rained cats and dogs…:-)
No, I brought my own seeds and planted them here. 😀
Nice! Do they require sunlight or are they shade cats?
You have great fruit … Piggy is my sweetheart
Thanks. 🙂 Piggy is my sweetheart, too. A few minutes ago, I tried to take a picture of Piggy while he climbed on an apple tree, but he jumped on me and spoiled the photo. 😀
