2 nights ago saw this on my wall, she wants to lay eggs inside so put her outside, as she also eats my Monarch caterpillars
Hoping she will eat insect pests on my vegetables in the garden

I have no garden, just a lawn near my home, so I am not much aware of garden insects.

I thought them completely harmless insects.
No praying manti insects kill my beautiful monarch butterflies chrysalis or caterpillar. I put the praying mantis on my vegetables to get rid of the green caterpillars that destroy the vegetables before we eat the vegetables
There was a news story about a woman who bought a Christmas tree. On it, were hundreds of egg sacks laid by Praying Mantis. A group came and got them, they hatched right after Christmas! There were so many in her house it was interesting!
