2 nights ago saw this on my wall, she wants to lay eggs inside so put her outside, as she also eats my Monarch caterpillars
Hoping she will eat insect pests on my vegetables in the garden

Great photo ???????????????????
I have no garden, just a lawn near my home, so I am not much aware of garden insects.
Thanks Fortune, insects are part of this earth.
She is indeed quite important for our garden.
Thanks so much Albert she is
Thanks so much Tasartcraft, the praying mantis is on top of the outdoor part of the heat pump
Super shot. It’s good that you noticed the right time and protected the nest
Thanks so much Vidocka
There are over 2,000 species of praying mantis and when capturing their prey, they typically bite of its head first.
Yes I have noticed. Not nice
I thought them completely harmless insects.
No praying manti insects kill my beautiful monarch butterflies chrysalis or caterpillar. I put the praying mantis on my vegetables to get rid of the green caterpillars that destroy the vegetables before we eat the vegetables
There was a news story about a woman who bought a Christmas tree. On it, were hundreds of egg sacks laid by Praying Mantis. A group came and got them, they hatched right after Christmas! There were so many in her house it was interesting!
Really interesting story thanks Doc
I was really glad to see that the volunteers that removed the Manti, from the house, made sure not to kill them!
That’s amazing! Even though I am scared of insects, I admire those who don’t harm them.
It is a good way to keep the natural balance!
Great picture, dear friend
Thanks so much Lado glad you like it
With great joy … how much time is with you, dear Pamela … at 10.15 am in our country
