Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. It is a vibrant, potent instrument that is intended to provide you an know-how of your spirit.
In Kundalini Yoga we yoke the intellectual, corporeal, and tense energies of the body and locate them under the realm of the self-control, which is the mechanism of the spirit. I have never practiced any sport discipline or yoga, my sport has been the hard work of the field and my yoga the care of the family and the sewing. But I have lived next to a man who has done it and I have testimony of his benefits. I think that right now I would have great difficulty practicing yoga or sport because of problems in my spine. I congratulate you for the work you do for yours and for others.
