What is Kundilini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. It is a vibrant, potent instrument that is intended to provide you an know-how of your spirit.

In Kundalini Yoga we yoke the intellectual, corporeal, and tense energies of the body and locate them under the realm of the self-control, which is the mechanism of the spirit. This skill in particular and willfully combine breathing, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and posture to poise the glandular structure, build up the nervous system, develop lung power, and purify the blood. It bring equilibrium to the body, brain, and essence.

Kundalini Yoga is not a creed. When we relate the expertise of Kundalini Yoga to our body and mind, it has the upshot of elevating the courage. It is for everybody. It is common and nondenominational.

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for householders, for community who have to deal with  the every day challenge and stress of investment job, raise family, also running business. It is a pathway for every person who desires the skill to manage productively with the challenge of our moment in time.

  1. I have never practiced any sport discipline or yoga, my sport has been the hard work of the field and my yoga the care of the family and the sewing. But I have lived next to a man who has done it and I have testimony of his benefits. I think that right now I would have great difficulty practicing yoga or sport because of problems in my spine. I congratulate you for the work you do for yours and for others.

    • Kundilini yoga helps you gain not only the physical fitness but also you get to be spiritual as long as you keep on practicing it on a regular basis! Have it tried once in life 🙂

    • Will help you learn the Yoga 🙂 I know 5 types of yoga , my best is though Baba Ram Dev Patanjali version as its amazing indeed! a three years and a 100 years old can do it alike with ease.
