Sure you’ve memorized your face. You recognized your face from other faces because you have a lot of your pictures besides every day you looked in the mirror repeatedly.
Now please, close your eyes. Imagine someone’s face. They are who close to the heart, who hated, who you missed, anyone, it certainly easy…
Now close your eyes again, then see your face.
Do you able?
Why?

I suspect it is both an excersize and a reality you’ve hit upon Albert. That we close our eyes and see ourselves. But I wonder do we ever see ourselves as we are, or as we wish we were?
Thank you for understanding it, Doc. We will meet ourselves in places we do not expect, and completely different / not as we expect.
I’m an artist, so visualization isn’t a problem for me; what I’m visualizing is more likely to be the problem…
That’s great, my brother! That’s great, my brother! Not all artists can see their own faces, can even be counted on the fingers!
I don’t know if I always had that ability or I cultivated it over the years
Of course I am seeing Face!!!
Your face or someone else’s face Hamza?
My Neighbor Friend!
Nice! Now try to see your own face, Hamza.
I often see different faces when I close my ears. Lovely post
Other faces clearly visible for sure, what about your face? Thank you Pamela
Got to face it one day! Im myself. What you see you get
Of course I am seeing my Dad when I close my eyes.
I know, Carol. Never let his loving face out of your heart, forever. But be sincere with his move to make him feel peace on the other side of life.
Very interesting and thought-provoking post! Beautiful artwork too!
Big thanks, Ellie.
Thank you, my friend.
I close my eyes and I can see your face Albert
Haaaahaaahaaha… It turns out you are also good at joking, Gina. Is my face that you have seen is smiling sweetly or laughing out loud?
I keep thinking about someone else too! I’m not focusing at all lately
Are you too tired or thinking about too much, Leslie? Hopefully, you have enough rest time.
Well, assume this is your homework, LOL. Anyhow, Thanks.
I see a face underwater and a pyramid. I like it. I cannot see my face or any other distinct face, just the one you have made.
When I close my eyes, I can picture everyone’s face, depends on who I think of. Am I supposed to see those faces in the painting? Not sure I understand.
I am writing and want to respond to you like this; “I wonder if it’s your face, Kim? The face from the very past.” but you have sent your next response. Here I mean Kim; With your eyes closed, look, imagine your own face. Can you?
Yes, I see a photo. Wonder why I don’t see my image as in a mirror.. Interesting.
Well, that mystery that I want to share. Who knows you can find the reason. Indigo or purple or both might help, Kim.
Closing eyes wow what a title , all glimpses from past comes more obviously whensoever I close my eyes 🙂 Great as usual , Albert!
Are you the man who came from the past, Ali? Hahaha… By the way, the title is not closing eyes but look at your face. Thank you, my friend.
lolz looking at the face would be by closing the eyes in a way 🙂 You are most welcome , my dear friend!
You’re right, my friend. Regards
Likewise! Thank you
Yes, I can see the face and my face as well! Interesting work, Albert!
Wow.. You are special Icy! Thank you for your compliment
I need to concentrate more but interesting posts.
I give you unlimited time to concentrate more, LaJenna. Meanwhile, thank you for your visit and appreciation.
Hmmm. My mind was wandering away from visualizing my face. Other faces seemed to come easier and I wasn’t trying. I’m pretty sure I didn’t explain this so well. Anyway, I had trouble with my face ….
Then I started thinking about someone I know who has prosopagnosia – for the longest time I wasn’t sure if I believed them. It would be strange that inability.
Even though we are having trouble with prosopagnosia, we have a problem to recognize ourselves is not it?
Seems to be so. I am mediocre with names but always remember faces. I did not find it easy to imagine my face in my mind’s eye. I’ve never thought about this before. I need to ponder it some perhaps.
Hahaha… Yayaya… Maybe it’s good if you ponder on this… Thanks a lot Howard
