I just had to get this capture of downtown Chicago while walking from platform to platform at CTA Kedzie in East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago.

How i wish i know how to take good pictures. Photography as talent and not everyone is gifted to shoot nice pictures.
I try! Wish I had an actually camera though because I can do things that my camera phone cannot do.

Woah there Thomas. You have a great eye there. Love the leading lines, and the tilted one. Those are very difficult to create, and make look good. You did it. Fabulous images. 🙂
And I have plenty more to share. I love going for the tilted shots versus the traditional angles which I think are boring, lol.

I would have to agree with you on that. And the skyline one. Wow.
Three years ago I had no idea that I would be living on the west side at some point. I did always have an interest in getting pictures of the skyline from the west side which is very possible now. I want to get a sunset or sunrise shot similar.
I have plenty more to share, as well as future ones while out. Happy to start this series.

I want to capture a sunrise version of it. It’ll probably be a while that I captured it because rarely am I out on the train that early.

I would say you did a very good job of capturing what you were taking pictures of. I was in Chicago a long long time ago. I grew up in Minneapolis so we were neighbors. I went to visit someone. Not sure I was ever in Skokie. I also when I went to Israel went out of O’Hare. Thank you for sharing that with us. Very nice photography. Do you do exhibits of your work?
