1. I’m still waiting to see the baby birds. It should happen soon, but we had a lot of cool weather before the heat wave and that slowed the birds down.

   • Most of the babies have left the yard. I still see a few blackbirds.

     • I know that we have some nesting robins with young. I’m not sure where they have the nest this year as it isn’t in the regular spot, but I know that they have nestlings.

2. Perhaps, Carol, this is a new reality. That you are the place where new birds come to be. That the garden you’ve built is the bringer of new life to the world.

7. I am missing watching birds in India since the number is going down at a rapid rate but I will be back to my second home in 10 weeks where different birds come and sit in my garden.

   • Thanks, it was a treasure to find this baby hidden away in my tree. This was taken from down under looking up through the pine needles.

     • Funny how we can get so caught up in one thing and cannot see the forest for the trees, as they say. At the time I was paying no attention to the tree, only the bird.
