Time management involves how we use appropriate skills, useful techniques and relevant solutions for managing our time effectively – in order to achieve our stated goals and objectives. This poll is about managing one’s time effectively.
On a daily basis, everyone prioritizes the things and activities that they do according to their own set criteria and other factors. Executives readily tick off completed items on Things-To-Do list. Routine activities such as answering emails, writing letters, interviewing candidates, having a meeting – all need to be completed within time limits, just like all major projects that we undertake are expected to come to a timely end.
Questions arise when you are running behind in time when doing things; or when the quality of your work is poor because it has been rushed. How do you deal with procrastination? How do you resolve to tackle outstanding tasks; or find endless reasons to defer them. Time management deals with these issues and more.

I do good on the time I give myself to do things I have to get done
I’m always asking people when they say I’ll be there I ask when what time
or they’ll say I’ll see you so & so time & I expect them to hold to that time.

I really need to have a better management of my time, sometimes i feel like my time is short for everything.
Quite right. Time is short for most things so the best way forward is to use improved time management systems, amonst other things. Cheers!
