Fall is here and many things come with the season. Usually we have cool weather, it is coming gradually. There are pumpkins, lots of leaves falling, and of course Halloween on the last day of October. I don’t celebrate Halloween any more without Dustin.
But I like some of the candy. This candy corn assortment in the orange and yellow colors are a must. Yes it is probably all sugar. But once a year I buy at least one bag and it lasts awhile. It brings back good memories.
Each season has its own memories. The changing of the seasons always brings something different in the air for me.
Hope you all have things in your life that can bring back the good times, the good ole days.

You may not have it, this is the first thing to see in the stores in October.
Halloween is such a cool celebration and eating candy is great, however the season
With no children now, I just eat a little candy here and there.
Very beautiful and I am sure these are yummy too. Just that I am off added sugar.
They are good but filled with sugar.
Though we don’t celebrate Halloween here, every time I surf online, I can see posts about Autumn, leave falling and Halloween during this season. I have not try candy corn before, but I don’t like to eat candies. 🙂

Candy corn was never my favorite and now I rarely eat any candy.
I always loved the colors, and the pumpkins too but now I know it is all sugar.
We don’t have autumn here but I have experienced fall in Seoul, South Korea in 2017. It was a nice sight, the colorful leaves of the trees.
Yes the trees are nice but the temperatures will not come down. Soon I hope.
Your candy looks like marzipan which we normally make Christmas time.
Have never had marzipan. But have heard of it.
Don’t you usually add fruit to marzipan?
It is normally made from almond paste but we use cashew nuts instead. We just add some edible colouring and vanilla essence. There are molds to shape the stuff.
Sounds delicious with cashew nuts.
It looks delicious. I haven’t tried that before. I think it would be too sweet for me.
They are very sweet but I still buy a small bag.
I’ve never tried this treat before … it looks really good in the picture
