Change is always tough in life. But if you learn to roll with it, things seem to go a lot easier. Change always brings back many memories for me. It causes me to miss my loved ones who have passed on even more than ever. But when you realize it is what it is, and your attitude makes the difference, it seems enough to have a better outlook. I learned this the hard way over the years. Attitude is definitely everything.

Changes are sometimes also welcome
every time I see the season change this is what I always sing in my head

I always view change happens for a reason. A reason for us to learn something different compared to what we are used to.
I used to see it that way too until I lost my son, there is no reason to help me in getting through this loss.
