There was really no reason I should be up at 2:00 am. I have a normal time I wake up and it’s an hour later than that. Today I believe the reason I was up is so I could be inspired by others while the house was quiet and dark. There were no distractions and I could focus. It was nice.
However, now I am quite tired so I think I will go and lay down, close my eyes, and see if I fall back to sleep. I don’t think my body got enough rest to handle the entire day. Still, I am thrilled with the things I saw and really enjoyed this morning.

I’m a “night bird”. I go to bed late so I don’t get up early in the morning. I’m here tonight when everything calms down.
Once I am awake, I get up and there is no going back to bed for me. I enjoy the quiet calm mornings.
I enjoy that as well. With all my crazy training there hasn’t been calm.

It’s strange how sometimes the body just doesn’t seem to adjust.
I usually wake up early if I am sleep too early, but rather than wake up early mostly I am awake till 3AM.
That seems like an interesting schedule.
I’m usually up by 4 AM. I have set some routines until the kids are up. I do most of my writing and interaction between 4 AM and 7 AM. Once the kids are up, it would be hard for me to concentrate on my writing…
That’s when I would go back to bed and rest a while or take a catnap…
A cat nap sounds nice, but it rarely works for me.
sadly more often than I wish, sometimes i wake up because there is loud talking (twins playing games) and I have to go to their rooms and hush them.

Bro falling is what often wakes me. It is probably quite comical to see me try and scramble.

If I get up very early in the morning it is because I have to go out and do something. There are times I have gone back to sleep and other times I did not. I found when i did take naps on occasion that I could not sleep at night. I usually prefer to stay up all day till time to go to bed again.

us, not use. It’s so embarassing to come back and see that I can’t spell or think.
Well, if there is something on my mind, I immediately need to write it down or some how deal with what ever the issue is. Once I do that, I can go back to sleep.
