This is a special food in Malacca, Malaysia area.
The white rice made in small ball shape, easy for the customer to eat.
The tradition for this rice ball is because it is easy for the labour to take away and eat at the site.
Interesting, right? I can take 2 or 3 balls per meal.

Just 2 or 3 rice balls for one meal? I think I took much more than that last time. It’s a specialty in Malacca, but I still prefer the normal rice. 😛
It looks very tasty, I love rice.
They look like ice-cream for me, nice
now you’re making me hungry
I remember these! We never took them with us, but we often got them in the various restaurants we went to!!!
What is it eaten with? I think there is soy sauce on it, is that enough? I am not familiar with this food item which is why I would like to know.
They eat it with chicken meat, I am okay with just rice ball with some black soy sauce.
We have a similar food but for a snack which is called puto-maya.
Putu-Mayan is a rice vermicelli here which sold by Indian people, I show later.
Never had this one before.
Very interesting and practical, dear Tiada
Thanks for viewing Lado.
Interesting and looks amazing
Yes, it’s really interesting and cute.
The snack looks appetizing What is the colour around it. Is it chocolate?
Sorry I forgot to tell, it’s black soy sauce. Do you use black soysauce or light soy sauce in your cooking in India?
We use it while making Chinese dishes.
