I have bought a ground sheet online via Lazada for camping usage. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived with a broken goods inside which is apparently the ring was damaged. I have requested a return but so far no reply from the site or the seller itself after 2 days waiting. A sad and bad online shopping experience. #Tiada

You have to be careful where you shop, good luck on a refund.
No reply from the seller on refund request, blacklist the store.
When shopping online, I always check their refund policy.
I only use Amazon lately and my experience with refund so far so good.
There is a refund policy but still so hard to proceed with refund.
