We all want to see Virily change and do things better in this area, others again feel they should have stayed the way they were, the community, at large seem angrier now than at any time before. But, right or wrong, better or worse, the point is, VIRILY is prepared to change, are you?
Where ever I go in life, I hear the same things, coming from diverse walks of life, people’s questions invariably center on the same things these days: How can I find greater meaning in my life? How can I make a lasting contribution through my work? And How can I simplify so that I can enjoy the journey of life before it is too late?
My answer always begins the same way: Find your calling. I believe we all have special talents that are just waiting to be engaged in a worthy pursuit. We are all here for some unique purpose, some noble objective that will allow us to manifest our higher human potential while we, at the same time, add value to the lives around us.
Finding your calling doesn’t mean you must leave the job you now have. It simply means you need to bring more of yourself into your work and focus on the things you do best. It means you have to stop waiting for other people to make the changes you desire and, as Mahatma Gandhi noted: “Be the change that you wish to see most in your world.” And once you do, your life will change.
Are you prepared to be the change?

Change is always going to happen, no matter what. I welcome change with open arms.
There are two kinds of change most organizations consider.
Why bring that up? becuase Virily uses Top Down. I have done massive data, application and system migrations all over the world.
The migration fails when you don’t have a communication structure.
You are right. What a great article.
I welcome the changes , thanks for sharing
Sure I am open to change and am not angry at Virily just disappointing not to have communication about the changes. I am not interested in games or treasure hunts. We should be respected enough to be told what is going on. That’s all. ?
If you are talking of the changes that Virily has made in their format I have written a post on that. True Virily never explains but expects us to find out
I took it as a treasure hunt and went on a hunting spree and found what was new.
And changes that I see in my life, well – what can’t be cured has to be endured.
I am still reeling from my huge change returning to my homeland the US after living for 20 years in Latvia.
With changes, we all undergo once in a while. We just have to learn how to adapt quickly.
No, I am still blindly wandering about hopint that someday it finds. me.
Happy hunting Ghostwriter, you’ll just love my next post.
