I was ready to move to alphabet H, then I caught this little creature in my garden, and hence I just took a photo of it.
I usually only see small green grasshoppers in my garden, and seldom see such a big grasshopper resting there. It didn’t hop away when I took the photo.
I just checked online and found many grasshoppers with black eyes. I wonder why this one seems to have white eyes.

Nice shoot, it looks amazing.
Great photo, I saw these during the summer.
I haven’t had many bugs this summer, but when I do my husband sprays Zevo which is a safe alternative to bug spray.
I am always frequented by insects that I have never seen. I don’t know why I don’t like locusts or green grasshoppers.
That’s a really good photo of that grasshopper. He looks like he or she is giving an evil grin!

Yesterday was the first day when the temperature dropped into the 30s (F) so the insects were sheltering!
There were a group of tiny butterflies in our garden this morning. There were more like moths.
I think It’s a locust in the nymph stage.
