Just be quiet. Get into tranquility. Sit quietly staring at peace to find the deepest amazement.
Relax completely. Release all thoughts. Allowing yourself to dissolve in beauty. Become leaves. Become calm water. Being the surface of the water that ripples in the wind.
Immersed in pure music. Blend with original beauty. Feel the comfort of bliss.
For pure happiness, what do we really need? Nothing. Because we are the bliss itself. That is our nature. Our essence.

For me, the best way of relaxation is rereading my favorite books or listening music or simply sitting and enjoying the nature beauties.
All of that is indeed a pleasant way to relax.

I get my peace on walks in the nature and at the lakes
That is a great way to find peace.
I love watching the sea and the horizon where it gathers with the sky. I do not think of anything just enjoying tranquility and beauty.
May peace always be with you, dear friend.
The guidance as always, Albert, a gift. You crystallize the point, the concept of tranquility. The merging of a tree, water, now and then is impressive.
But, actually, I just wrote a short literary work, Coach.
That is awesome, Albert. There is a magic in imagination!
Or… lest the imagination is a miracle itself?
I hadn’t thought of it that way, but yes that would be the case!
I don’t have a problem with this. I am still sitting there on the bank, watching the ripples and listening to your calming words.
I do broadcast my words globally at any time even though it is not through FM, UHF or VHF waves, and you are the only person who can capture or accept my signal, Kim.
I have a lot of possibilities to get my peace and relax in nature
In our current position, that is one of the important things.
I always have invading thoughts so it’s hard for me
Actually, everybody has the same problem, for that, practice is needed to tame the thought. On the beta vibration, the mind is always busy, even do all about multitasking things.
Love this relaxing photo Albert. You are the expert lol!
Thank you, LaJenna. If I am the expert, you’ll certainly wouldn’t laugh… You are joking, right?
lol…
I did it! I found some calm. I rarely do that . Thanks so much. ❣️
I am always happy to hear someone, especially friends who can get peace in themselves easily!
I have gotten into musicals by Hans Zimmer that help me relax. I use it mostly while either driving (calms my road rage), or doing homework.
Hans Zimmer is one of my favorite musicians too! He often accompanied me in imagination. But there are times when I listen to the universe or just silence.
While driving earlier I listened to Dunkirk – The Mole, and it literally had me in a daze, but still aware of what I was doing ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wlXjP59jZCM)
The composition of the music is indeed very deep and washed away.
There are times when I cannot get my mind off of certain things, and Dustin of course. I have to do my best to clear my thoughts as often as possible. I love this photo Albert. So peaceful. Takes me back to when we would all go fishing growing up. Then we would jump in when we were done!
I understand your situation, but I’m sure that has passed, right? I am sure at least you can now be easier to let go of your mind or stretch your thoughts than in previous years. Indeed, we should clear our mind as often as possible for our own good.
You have a wonderful experience about fishing and the places where this activity has been done, I think it can be the foundation of your place of peace. I don’t like fishing, but very often accompany people fishing, just to enjoy tranquility and peace.
It comes and goes. I talked to one of his best friends last night that I have not spoken to in years. He told me stories I did not know about. Funny stories but it was like brain overload. So much to take in and digest. A good thing but still when you are not used to hearing these stories, it can get overwhelming.
Fishing was a favorite of my Dad’s, my brother and of course Dustin loved it.
That is natural and will be easier after getting more frequent and accustomed.
I’m sure you are a lot wondering about all the stories you have never heard of before.
I have seen a photo of Dustin fishing in one of your posts.
