Warwick is the first landscape painter whose landscapes were interesting, as his pen & inks, simply because I can walk into this picture.
The path leads through our beautiful New Zealand bush and the trees have a Wairua, a spirit of being real and living…because in many NZ forests there is a spiritual presence. I cant explain why, I know it is there, or maybe just how wonderful all living plants, animals and people are made.
