Took this photo while out today running errands. I thought the landscape looked really nice. It gave me some ideas to use in my garden. I recognized all of the blooms. They did a nice job with the different colored geraniums as a border.
The colors are what I really like. They brightened up my day and I hope they do yours as well.
I was reminded of a song by the band Chicago called Color my World. It is a beautiful song. One line of the lyrics is…
Color my world with hope of loving you..

This is a Great think.
Thank you for visiting.
I know Chicago music a little bit; but obviously not enough to know Color My World.
Oh my you have missed out, one of my favorites.
Color My World is one of my favorite Chicago songs of all time.
Yes mine too, it never gets old.
Chicago was in my opinion an underrated band during their musical era.
I agree with you, this song is a great example.
That is beautiful. Love the song too. 🙂
Thanks, it caught my eye as I was walking into Cracker Barrel. 🙂 The song is an all time favorite.
Love the song, and your photo is beautiful for sharing, and uplifting spirits. Mine sure needs uplifting.
Glad I could help. Try to have a good day. 🙂
It’s a nice mix of flowers. The begonias look really pretty.
The colors were so pretty in the sunshine. Neve thought of using begonias as a border.
No not really , Can you please share the link of that song ?
Sure here is the link from 1977…

Thank you Carol , much appreciated
You are very welcome, enjoy!
Yes, I know that song too… and yes, colorful plants always look good, fun and brighten up our days.
So good to hear everybody seems to know the song. Cool! These colors brightened my day for sure.
It looks like one or more of the plants there are salvia, possibly Russian sage. I just took cuttings off of a salvia and am hoping that they will root.
I also wondered which one it was Rex. There were pink and purple. I had salvia on my deck last year.
Pink is a little unusual for salvia, but blue through purple is pretty common. I love both blue sage and Russian sage. The shade is nearly the same, but blue sage has much larger blossoms. Hummingbirds love it.
Beautiful flowers. I know the song, the band is fantastic.
Thanks, they really caught my eye while I was out today. Glad you know the song as well.
Chicago is one of my favorite musical bands of all time.
Yes indeed. I actually found a Russian band that covers them and you would never know the difference. Don’t usually like cover bands but this one is amazing. And a few of their videos have one of Chicago ‘s band members playing with them.
A beautiful picture of nature, dear Carol … I know this song … of course, a great band and a song
Thank you dear Lado. Glad you know the song as well.
This is the song of my youth, my dear friend
Yes I remember it many years ago as well.
Yes, we have some of those flowers here, I like the bright floral colours that have a spring and a bounce!
I thought it was such a great combination.
Lovely view of beautiful flowers.
Thank you very much.
A rainbow or rather a kaleidoscope of colors. Very pretty and bright and I am sure very fragrant also…
Thanks, yes they were fragrant as well. A day brightener after the rain.
I see the poll issue is still hanging around. 🙁
It’s not easy to get polls to look right nowadays …
Have to keep saving till it looked right … :/
Anyway, nice photo, very colourful! 🙂
I tried five times and then said ok I am done!
and thank you, I love these blooms.
