I joined the Color Crazy Challenge started by Kim. It will be blue this week. I took this picture today when the sky was blue and cloudless. Blue is the color of peace and harmony, the color of maturity, reasonableness, precision, ability, the color of high values. It is the color of trust, sincerity and loyalty. Blue color calms, calms heart rate, reduces breathing rate, narrows blood vessels, prevents inflammation, maintains bone marrow health, relieves and soothes pain. Blue is considered an emotional sedative. If you like to dress in dark blue, you are intelligent and confident. You must be surrounded by love, tenderness and affection, but you need peace and serenity.
