While out today I noticed these beautiful flowers growing in the flower beds. I recognize the pink as begonia, but not sure about the yellow green colored ornamental grass. It was beautiful and covered the flower beds. I would love some in my garden.
I thought it made a nice contrast. Snapped this photo with my phone. A beautiful day today to be outside and enjoy the sunshine.

Any idea what the yellow-green ornamental grass is called?

No

It does look like some type of grass, but not sure what type it is. It looks great!
I think it is monkey grass mowed very short. I keep mine longer.
And I can not help. I like the combination of colors
Thanks, I think it must be a form of mondo or Monkey grass.
Hmm… yellow grass? LOL
… you know I’ve no idea … :p
No problem, I jus thought it was beautiful!
Yes, it is!
Love the contrast!
That contrast is what caught my attention.
No doubt some one will know, love both plants..
Thanks, I think it must be a form of mondo or Monkey grass. Thanks to LindaOH.
To be very honest , I have no idea about this,
No problem, I thought it was stunning.
I still think it is grass. I do love Bermuda grass.
Yes it is grass. Thank you!
I don’t know what kind of grass it is but there was this greenish-yellow grass growing in Latvia and people would dig it up roots and all and bring it to cemeteries and plant it by graves to make the ground look pretty instead of just dirt and they would be really hardy and grow again every spring.
That sounds like a great idea. I have been looking for a border for my son’s grave. Thanks for the idea!
Google says it is Heather Grass
Thank you, never heard fo that type before.
Have you had this grass in your garden?
I have Bermuda Grass on the terrace which grows tall enough but does not need mowing. It is great to walk on it.
I do not have this grass.
Don’t know what type of grass it is but love the photo
Thank you very much Della. Good to see you.
Unfortunately, I can not help you, I see the grass for the first time
Thanks anyway, I think it is what I call Monkey grass perhaps.
The picture is wonderful, dear Carol … I just do not know the grass
Thanks, it was so beautiful to see this covered in front of the building.
I think it is a form of Mondo grass (I call it Monkey grass) perhaps.
I am not good with flowers especially with the names.
That is ok, there are many kinds of grasses out there.
Good to see you, have a great evening.
The closest I could come online was Mondo Grass. I think that the color might be different.
I have never seen this specific color and it was gorgeous with all the pink begonias. Thanks!
I just realized Mondo is the same as Monkey grass, right? I have this in my garden but I don’t keep it mowed down like in the photo. Maybe that is the difference.
I’ve seen it before but don’t know what it is. Sorry!
It does look similar to Mondo, thank you again.
