The rains of the last days and the humidity were to the liking of the plants in my balcony. They are all lively and have begun to flourish. The lemon is full of white flowers and … small lemons in formation, my potted mint is flowering right now. They smell fantastic. Mint flowers taste like their leaves, but have a milder flavor. They can be use in custards, desserts and with vegetables. Yummy!

Yes! I make mint tea but most often I use it to flavor the water I drink.🙂
That is a great idea! I didn’t think of that right off. I am going to start growing some mint here. I hear there are all kinds of flavors developed now, even chocolate!
