I just got 1/2 of my chores done and it’s already 2:08pm. My husband just told me breakfast was on the stove and I should heat it up. I don’t think since it’s been on the stove all morning I am going to heat it up. I am a little concerned about eating something that has been sitting out for hours.
I attempted to visit another website today as well and that didn’t work so well. I guess I should either take a nap or stick with what I know.

Better take your meal on time, for a good health.
i have the same fear. Food sitting on the stove for hours just feels like an opportunity for food poisoning!
we are never too old to learn!!!!
I feel like I am too old to learn and I know it takes me longer and I forget more! I didn’t eat the breakfast.
so most of the folks that work for me are much younger than I am. For the most part they run rings around me when it comes to picking up new tech.
But when it comes to troubleshooting, the old guy still wins!
It is all about applying what you know!
If its covered and have no weird smell or change of texture, I’ll eat them.
we do that very often actually. Mum would cook and then leave it on the stove and then the rest of the family just go and scoop the portion they want. We can leave it from morning till night (covered with lid of course).
I chose not to eat it, I was leery.
If it makes you feel uncomfortable eating it… then getting rid of them is a good choice.
Humans have to learn something new everyday.
I believe they should, but I don’t believe they have to. I don’t think you can force someone to learn.
Women has always busy morning
Thanks for noticing. Many men don’t seem to realize all the work there is to do.
I sometimes keep the food I might eat later in my toaster oven. You sound like me. I start doing work on my PC and then wonder where the morning got to.
It is very easy to get involved in work and all the sudden look at the clock and realize the day is done.
I do eat food sitting out for awhile but I always give it the smell test first.
That does sound like a smart idea.
We are learning new things all our life.
I wish I learned new things everyday. Some days I am just trying to remember what I learned yesterday.
It looks like you are not feeling well. Take a good rest.
Alright then. Perhaps I will sleep in my bed and ask the hospice worker to watch my brother close this night.
We are never too old to learn. Depends on the room temperature as for the food on the stove.
I chose to get rid of the food. It just didn’t seem right. My Mom would have been upset with wasted food. (Perhaps she is stomping around heaven now.)
