Holly bushes are great to have around your home. The evergreen foliage is beautiful year round and they produce these little red berries. The birds love these berries. It gives them food during the winter when there are no insects around.

Our back fence line is completely covered by evergreen trees. It gives us privacy. They, however, do not produce the berries. They are the native species to this area (Maryland) I do not recall the name but they are everywhere.
